Each image undergoes Edge EffectTM, an exclusive colour management process that ensures your portraits have vibrant and perfect colour every time. We’re so confident you’ll be impressed by our photo quality that we guarantee 100% satisfaction – and if your photos don’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you until they do.
If you are unhappy with your printed photos for any reason, we will refund your purchase – no questions asked. Simply contact our customer care team to make arrangements to return your prints and have your payment refunded. We do have a few conditions, though. Keep reading to find out which purchases can and cannot be refunded.
- All printed photos and photo products must be returned to Edge Imaging to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 60 days of the receipt of your package to make arrangements for a return. Refunds requested more than 60 days after receiving your package will not be honoured.
- Digital photos are not eligible for a refund if they have already been downloaded.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if returning any photo products.
